Angel Rivera entered his field as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in 2012 after finishing the tech program at University of Texas at Arlington. In 2015, Angel began working with Pharmacy Solutions. Since then he has been certified in S.C.A.T, CPR, Healthcare Bloodborn Pathogens, and Fraud Waste and Abuse.
Along with his certifications, Angel his one of our bilingual employees speaking both English and Spanish. Angel says he chose to become a compounding technician because he believes patients should receive a therapy program tailored to their individual needs.
Brandy May, who is Texas born and bred, entered into her position as a Pharmacy Technician in 1997 and began working with Pharmacy Solutions in July of 2004. Brandy is a nationally certified Pharmacy Technician through PTCB and is registered with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy as well. She is ACPE Sterile IV Certified.
In Brandy’s time away from the Pharmacy, she can be found working on home improvement projects and creating a garden with her husband because they have recently become first-time homeowners. Brandy and her husband of two years enjoy quality time around friends and family, especially if it means playing with her two kitties, JayJay and Tango.
Charise Blacksher entered into her field as a Pharmacy Technician in 2005 and joined Pharmacy Solutions in May of 2013. She also attended UTA where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology. Charise completed her training through the PCCA Comprehensive Compounding Course in Houston, Texas. Along with her training, she has many certifications including ACPE Sterile IV Certification, CPR by the American Heart Association, and Personal Training through Cooper Clinic of Dallas, as well as her license by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
Outside of Pharmacy Solutions, Charise enjoys anything she can get into, whether that be cooking a new international cuisine or diving into a good book. Along with being a fitness professional, Charise has started focusing more on obstacle course/mud races to give herself a new challenge. Even with all of the activity, Charise still considers herself a Game of Thrones and Walking Dead nerd.
Dana Cruz, one of our Pharmacy Technicians, joined Pharmacy Solutions in October of 2012 all the way from Orange County, California. Dana entered her field in January of 2009 where she obtained her Texas and National Pharmacy Technician License from the State Board of Pharmacy. She since then has received her IV Certification from Richland College, RX Skin Therapy Certification, and completed the Comprehensive Compounding Course at PCCA in Houston, Texas.
As far as Dana’s hobbies outside of the Pharmacy, she has a love for traveling to different foreign countries like El Salvador and Haiti. When Dana isn’t traveling, some of her other hobbies include keeping up with the latest Disney films as well as staying here in Arlington to cheer on the Texas Rangers with her five-year-old son. Dana was led to this career because of her passion to help and care for others. She enjoys her position here because of the continuous learning advancements drug interactions have.
Jenna Renfro, one of the Pharmacy Technicians, entered into her field of pharmacy in December of 2008. After high school, she began taking pre-nursing college courses and soon earned her Associate of Arts degree and also became a certified nursing assistant. Years later, she began work at a compounding pharmacy and soon after joined Pharmacy Solutions in 2010. Jenna is certified by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy, completed training in PCCA Comprehensive Compounding, and is ACPE Sterile IV Certified.
In Jenna’s free time away from Pharmacy Solutions, she enjoys spending time working in her garden or in the house working on home improvement projects. She also enjoys traveling to new places, discovering new restaurants, and shopping. When she can, she enjoys traveling back to her home state of Minnesota to spend time with her family. Jenna has a passion for helping people and caring for others to improve their lives.
Stephanie Jones, also known as Steph, entered her field as a Pharmacy Technician with Pharmacy Solutions in 1998. Steph has a background in training from PCCA and is also certified as a Pharmacy Technician with the Texas State Board. In the Pharmacy, Steph has a passion to make sure she helps her patients in every way she can so they are taken care of in the best way possible.
Steph is originally from Fort Worth, Texas, where she married her high school sweetheart. Along with a passion for her patients, Steph is exceptionally passionate about her family. She has been blessed with three children and nine grandchildren. In Steph’s downtime she enjoys shopping, food, perfume, and most of all, being around people. Anyone who meets Steph is automatically guaranteed a good laugh and a good time.
Randy Cruz is from Fort Worth and graduated high school in 2015 from Juan Segiun. He is currently attending college in hopes to eventually transfer to UTA or UNT. Randy is the youngest of 2. His older brother is a civil engineer while his parents run their own business. In Randy’s free time he likes to hang out with friends and play the violin. Randy started working at Pharmacy Solutions because a friend told him how much she likes working there so he decided to give it a try and realized how amazing Pharmacy Solutions actually is. He loves it here and hopes to enjoy many years with the company.
Patient Services Coordinator
Jordan Smith, Pharmacy Solutions’ Patient Services Coordinator, is a recent graduate of the University of Alabama where she received her Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition. Jordan’s role in the pharmacy is to ensure that all of our patients are receiving not just their prescriptions but also valuable information about supplements and wellness consultations.
Jordan was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, where she spent most of her time attending dance classes and dance competitions all over the Southeast. In her free time today, she may be found exploring her new home of Dallas, Texas, attending musicals, or diving into a plate of authentic Tex-Mex cuisines. Jordan has a passion for helping others and preventative medicine that may be found through food and supplementation. She hopes to spread her knowledge every day so that she may help improve the lives of everyone around her.
Kathleen Mora has been a trusted employee at Pharmacy Solutions since April of 2013. She is certified in RX Skin Therapy, and she has been HIPAA certified since 2008. Before she joined our team, she attended Tarrant County College, spent time in the foodservice industry, and even helped people with their life insurance.
Kathleen enjoys a nice glass of red wine, reading autobiographies, and interior decorating. Her biggest passion, however, is encouraging positivity in others to bring a smile to their face. A good day for Kathleen is a day where she spends time with her husband, Andrew, and her two-year-old daughter, Charlotte.
Patient Care Specialist
Maday Bretado is a certified cosmetologist in the great state of Texas. She has been part of the Pharmacy Solutions team since February 2016. When she isn’t in the office in Arlington, she can be found on her cruiser between downtown Fort Worth and downtown Dallas. She loves to explore new places (+1 if there is a live band!). Maday’s favorite part of working at Pharmacy Solutions is that she works with other people that want to put a smile on everyone’s face!
Ann Woods entered into the field in 1990 and began working with Pharmacy Solutions in 2010. She has various sales, marketing, and leadership certifications, and has over 25 years of experience in the compounded medication field in marketing and management.
Ann chose this field in order to have a part in making a difference in quality of life for patients with special needs, and she has stayed in the field because the opportunities to contribute to health and wellness continue to expand in many areas of pharmacy. Ann loves the passion of Pharmacy Solutions for people, both the public and providers. When not working, she loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, gardening—always hopeful in all areas to honor her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
