There is new evidence supporting the use of Ivermectin in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19. There have been multiple studies recently published showing the drug Ivermectin to be effective in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19. Ivermectin has been studied in the laboratory setting and in human trials. Ivermectin was found to be an inhibitor of the SARS-CoV-2 replication in the lab. Ivermectin has also shown to be effective for the treatment of early onset Covid-19 and in viral clearance. It has been shown to inhibit the SARS virus and prevents it from multiplying.
