Realities from Data Statistics consistently show that approximately 23% of people quit their resolutions by the end of the first week, less than 25% of people sustain their resolutions beyond 30 days, and a mere 8% of people accomplish their resolution by the end of the year. Simply pegging goals to certain dates—be it Mondays or New Year’s—doesn’t guarantee success.
